Dana has special products that he likes for their performance, endurance and versatility.
Here are is a bit of information to keep in mind -
CREDIT CARD ORDERS: We accept major credit cards (Master Card, Discover, Visa) for orders within the United States. All credit card orders must be shipped to the billing address and to the attention of the cardholder. All orders over $300 will require a signature when the order is delivered.
COD ORDERS: We do not accept COD orders.
LOCAL ORDERS: If you live nearby and prefer to pick up your order that's cool with us.
SHIPPING: All shipments are via UPS Ground for orders within the 48 continental United States unless otherwise arranged. Alaska and Hawaii require UPS Air. We offer UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Select on prepaid or credit card orders only. Orders received after 1 PM PST will ship out the next business day.
NON USA ORDERS: Dana Creech Racing is here for you. The thing is we have to make sure you are legit, so orders must be prepaid in US Dollars with a money order drawn on a US Bank or wire transfer to DCR's account. No COD orders will be accepted. Credit Card Orders have to be verified by our merchant account before we will ship. Once you have established a good relationship with DCR, we will ship your orders immediately when ordered by Credit Card. At first though, expect a slight delay to confirm funding.
SHIPPING WEIGHTS AND CHARGES ARE APPROXIMATE. In many cases the shipping cost will be a little lower or higher than what may appear in your shopping cart or invoice. Shipping costs are adjusted at time of shipment. You will be notified of actual shipping cost via e-mail at time of shipment. SPECIAL NOTE FOR AIR SHIPMENTS: All estimates given are based on weight. However, air shipments include dimensions as well as weight and therefore may be significantly different from the given estimate, especially if the item is large.
RETURNS: If for some reason you must return your purchase to DCR please note products must be unopened, in original packaging and non-used condition. Also returns must be within 60 days of the original purchase, AND there will be a 20% restocking fee for returns. DCR does not refund shipping costs on orders where you change your mind.
Because of the specialty type racing items DCR carries, some items need to be custom ordered, (such as shocks or frames) and will take longer to get as they are made specifically for you.

NOTE: Dana Creech Racing makes no warranty and accepts no responsibility, or liability for products sold by us, we will however definitely assist our customers to try to obtain their satisfaction. Purchaser assumes all liability for any products purchased. Many ATV products are guaranteed by their manufacturer and we will pass on these guarantees to customers.
LIMITED GUARANTEE: Seller asserts no warranty of workmanship or material and expressly disclaims responsibility for any injury or damage caused by structural and/or fabricating defects. Purchaser acknowledges that the use of sellers product may be such as to subject it to stresses and strains beyond the capacity of the material to withstand, including welding, bolted, or otherwise attached, adjoining material parts. Buyer is aware of the risk involved in operating experimental and/or off-road motor vehicles of which sellers products may be an integral part and hereby buyer assumes any and all risk.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: DCR does the best we can to ensure that orders are shipped promptly. We have excellent arrangements with our manufacturers and are assured that our orders will be at the top of their ship list, but we do occasionally find products are delayed. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience for delays. When possible we will contact the customer with exact time frames as per our suppliers.
